Este fin de semana lo empecé de maravilla gracias a Bodega LAUS. Una bodega fundada en el 2002, rodeada de agua, viñedos, flores, sol, aire... VIDA. Con diferentes viñedos distribuidos por diversas zonas del Somontano, donde los diferentes suelos ubicados a una altitud entre 350 y 400 metros sobre el nivel del mar aportan especiales cualidades a la uva para conseguir vinos blancos, rosados y tintos con personalidad propia.

Sus vinos guardan silenciosamente los secretos de su tierra tan peculiar y privilegiada. Todo el equipo de Somotano, muestran la pasión del elaborador al crear unos vinos llenos de sensaciones y que esperan ser descubiertas al descorchar una botella de LAUS.

¡Y tanto que lo hemos descubierto! En casa ya huele a verano: cenita de trempó (una ensalada muy típica de Mallorca hecha a base de tomate, cebolla y pimiento verte aliñada con aceite y sal) con vino fresquito a la luz del atardecer. ¡Qué maravilla que a la hora de la cena aún haya luz solar" Pero lo mejor es ver a tu familia sonreir y brindar por todo lo bueno de este año.

Pero también tenemos el Chardonnay 2021 de Bodegas LAUS, un vino blanco vegano de aspecto luminoso, color amarillo limón y con destellos verdes y acerados, propios de su juventud. En nariz presenta un complejo y elegante aroma frutal, destacando los cítricos y tropicales (corteza de limón, pera en almíbar, piña y plátano maduro). En boca es sabroso, potente y fresco. Destaca un regustillo final muy largo y agradable que invita a beber. 

Y como no, el LAUS Tinto Joven del 2021, un tinto vegano de intenso color rojo cereza, con ribetes azules que marcan su juventud. Nariz fresca y frutal. Destacan generosos aromas de frutos rojos, con un toque de bayas silvestres. En busca resalta su ataque suave y sedoso. Paso muy agradable y goloso.
